A: The equipment list includes CNC plasma cutters and punches, CNC brake presses and shears, CNC Hem saws and vertical band saws; along with a network of overhead cranes and hoists to keep product flowing efficiently.

Q: Does Willmar Fab have verifiable quality control procedures in place?
A: Yes - The expanding list of quality measures include initial sample inspection reports, process verifications, daily paint system checks that monitor viscosity and mill thickness levels, periodic salt spray tests that monitor adhesion levels and time life of paint, first and last part quality inspections, and outgoing dock audits.

Q: What are the physical limitations of the contract manufacturing services that you provide?
A: The largest down-draft paint booth is 16'W x 12'H x 80'L and is equipped with an overhead monorail parts conveyor system, a GAT 5-stage wash with reverse osmosis rinsing system, and paint cure oven.
