This latest innovation from Redball® offers Strip-tillers a unique feature that sets it apart from other strip-till units. In addition to strip-tillage, the Redball® ST850 is a multi-purpose workhorse that can also be used for summer reservoir tillage.
Reduce Runoff with Reservoir Tillage
Featuring a steel drum fitted with durable cast steel teeth, the Strip-Till
and Reservoir Tillage is designed to fracture compacted soil between rows,
allowing water to soak in instead of run off. Contained in thick, 3/8" steel
housing, this robust drum is designed to last and ready to roll.

Save Time
Before Reservoir Tillage
The soil in the field below is dense and compacted. In this condition, moisture remains on the surface and is restricted from traveling deeper into soil.
After Reservoir Tillage
Now fractured, the soil is now open and permeable, allowing moisture to pass more easily into deeper layers of soil, preventing runoff.
